Prior to the appointment was made, I had made sure to check how long is the whole service and two associate had assured me it would be 1.5 hours. However when I did drop off my car I was told 3 hours, which was not what I had plan for. I would have wished there was comunication from the appointment center to the service center to have to give customer a more realistic timeframe.
