I made my appt for the recall service for Thursday and had requested twice that I would have a loaner to use. When I came in at 730 on Thursday Andy told me hertz would open at 830. No one told me I would have to wait an hour when I booked the appt. who can wait an hour? I have a job to do too. Andy then told me if he had a car later in the day, he would hold it for me. I talked to him at 245 and he said he had a car and was holding it. When I returned at 445, Ken told me there was no car and I was wrong. I went there twice in one day for NOTHING! Ken called at 630 Thursday night and promised a loaner for Friday morning. So I had to go there again today for a service that should have been completed yesterday. This is not the 'helpful Honda' that you promote. Very disappointing.

Your shuttle service is a joke. I waited over one and a half hours and still no shuttle. I then asked the guy for status and was told that they have not started on my car yet. Few minutes later, I told the guy that I have arrange my own ride and no longer needed the shuttle. Another few minutes later, the guy told me that my car will be ready in 10 minutes. What? I thought they have not started yet. I then need to cancel my ride. Needless to say, I was very late to work. Will think twice next time.
