My Civic was leaking oil very bad.
I contacted Juan Montes who had me come in and in a safe manner took in my car and told me he would contact me as soon as the car was checked out. Within a couple of hours he called to let me know the car was ready for pick-up. I was so pleased Juan and his team took care of the issue and had me on my way. I have never been disappointed with the service department and everyone that has helped me have been great.

In the customer service part of my experience, the technician who handled my service was very professional and polite.
The negative experience that I have was that a Milwaukee flashlight, black wth red trim was missing from the front console of my car, sadly I was Already at work by the time I noticed.
It is very disappointing to have to experience this kind of situation because makes you loose trust in the company

I went to your place for an oil change on 3/30/2020 was attended by Andika Citra but he refused to do the oil change only because my car light was not on, seeing that my car was already at 20%. I had to return in one week, waste my gas and with the corona virus situation. Finally I got the service but I’m very disappointed that had to return a second time.

The service advisor is great but the tech are not since both times I took my car there, they always noted there was nothing wrong with auto high beam and could not hear the rattling noise. If they read the manual the green light A should have turned on when the high beam on auto. Also the tech are not careful with my car for the past 2 visits. I noticed scratches on underside front bumper, scratch on odometer plastic cover and dirty spot on my car seat fabric.
