My family have been a loyal customer with nelson or now known elmonte honda for a few years now and I do understand that just because one negative event doesnt really represent the company as a whole. A recent negative experienxce we have with your service personnel ming peng whos customer service is very unsatisfactory. I hope this would serve as performance review that they should be truthful and honest on their service diagnosis, as well as there should be no racial profiling and every customer should be treated equally with respect. Gabriel had gone above and beyond with providing me with best service possible. He fully explained the service that was due for my specific vehicle, why it was needed, and provided me with an estimate before any repair had started. Gabriel kept me updated along the process while I waited and located me immediately when the vehicle was completed. The estimated time and charges were spot on and I was on my way before I knew it!

I specifically made the service appointment to have them fix a crackly noise when I make a phone call and get my windows tinted. One of the guys working in parts said the crackly noise may be the microphone. I relayed this to amen the service manager when I dropped my car off and asked them to check the microphone. I expressed to ken how frustrated I was with the crackly noise since this is a brand new car that I bought from this dealership about a month ago. However, when they called to say my car was ready, they only did the tint and did not address or asssess the crackly noise at all. My CarPlay was also not working which I told Ken when I dropped of the car and that was not fixed either. I was told to come back Monday and have them look at it again. I live in Orange County so this will not be possible to do since I work. I made the appointment, drove all the way from orange, waited over a half hour just to drop off the keys, was left without a car all day, drove all the way back up to pick up my car to find out they didn't even do the actual service repair or address. Also when I picked up the car, it had several scratches on the window which I reported to Mark in sales since I got there after service hours. I'm waiting to hear back from a manager. This was a very terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible job on the tint as part of the rubber on my window is messed up. Just completely bad experience, poor service all around. Please have someone contact me to discuss this further and have these issues fixed ****-****-xxxx Lena

Adrian and the team helped fix the recall problem under one hour. I appreciate that they seem to value my time as a customer. Only thing I was bummed about was I had to pay for replacement rubber for the windshield wipers that started wearing out and causing water streaks to obstruct my vision about 12 months or less after I bought this car in Nov. 2015. They seem comparably low quality to my previous Toyota Camry's, but I wasn't given any other solution except to keep buying new ones with my own money. I hope Honda has a better solution if this new pair wears out in less than 2-3 years (I only had change my wiper blade rubbers once in the 7 years i had my Camry. Same concern applies to the bottom exhaust shield of my 2016 civic. It came off and caused a huge scare and inconvenience on my end a month ago when I was driving on the freeway at night. I had to buy a new piece that cost me a whopping 103. Honda would do better to build safe, secure parts that last past the warranty, like Toyota does.
