I had my hands full that day with my 2 year old and Adrian even helped out to distract him as to calm him down. Adrian patiently answered all of my questions and I will most Likely bring in my daughter's car for a check up.

The service was ok. My van had a recall and when they were done with the inspection, the rep didn't go over what was done and didn't ask me if I had any questions or concerns. I also asked if he knew if the technicians had to take off the baby car seat during the inspection. His response was I think they did. He didn't go and double check with the technician to make sure. Service is usually not all that great when I come to this dealership

I am very frustrated with having to go back to dealership to fix faulty/damaged part and then having to return again and have something else on my vehicle fixed because the technicians weren't careful when fixing or installing a something. The dealership is not where I was to spend or dedicated my days off from work. There are other things that I need to take care of or rather do you n my days off.
