Ming "Gabriel" Peng is awesome. He tells you directly what needs to be done and when it will be done.
He understands customer service and most importantly he listens to your complaints and addresses them as best as he can. He's one of the best.

I called yesterday asking to bring my car in because it was not starting. I bought the car a little over a year ago. I would think I shouldn't have any problems with the car. So I asked for a loaner car or a discount for a rent a car since I had no idea what was wrong with my car at the time. I was told that was not available to me. I can see if the car was three years old or more than of course I would have problems with the car and I wouldn't bother asking for a discount.
Anyway, the problem ended up being just the battery so I was able to get to work on time without spending money on a rent a car.
I'm disappointed in Honda. I better service.

I'm not directing fault towards Manny specifically, it could be a number of people that caused 2 days worth of inconvenience for me. I called to make my appt a whole week before I was scheduled, which gave ample time for them to order the parts needed for the recall items I was going in for, yet I still had to wait an additional day for a part to be ordered. I really wanted this to take 1 day, like previous recalls I've had for previous Hondas I've owned, but it didn't. If I get another recall, to avoid this problem next time, I will drive to a farther Honda dealership if I must. El MONTE is just a city away and convenient for me cause I'm in Rosemead. I would like a consolation for my trouble and hopefully my husbands lost wages for missing a day of work for me, but I'm sure I won't be getting that. Feel free to send feedback to this issue. I look forward to a quick response. Thank you.
