Wiper blade issue was not done as requested. Exterior wash was not done. Speaker malfunction was not addressed, was told that we have to make claim first. I paid a lot money for extended warranty and when it comes to minor fixing, they came up with big requirements. No respect/considerations what so ever for valued costumer and on top of that I paid big amount of money upfront.
