No. I went there for my first complimetary service. They said its oil change, tire rotation and carwash. They just did oil change. They didnt do carwash. I m not even sure if they did tire rotation.

Very disappointed with the service team not the representative, she was nice, that helped me to write up the ticket. Took an hr and hf on something that shoulda taken 30 mins. With appt. then dam car wash is broken again. No wash. Then wanted to have a license place installed. Took 15 mins and no response. Terrible service team. Unacceptable.

Ming was great. I reside in corona and pass several Honda dealerships to come to Nelson Honda. I will only bring my car to be serviced from Nelson and definitely from Ming. Even if I have to pay a little more for service I'm more comfortable and trust this dealership where I purchased my car.

I was not completely satisfied with my overall experience because my contract was incorrect. I am still working out everything with the employee named Ashley. However, Andy was amazing! The service department made me feel like a Queen. Andy was personable and polite and it was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
