First of all, the employee(s) who check the battery voltage at the service department were never put smile on their face(s). And today, I spend 20 mins there with no one ask me if I have appointment or not, I actually counted about 4 cars pulled in after me got checked or served before me. Then, I asked Andika Citra if he can help me check in for the service, and he did what he supposed do. (For my experience, he is one of my favorite service person because he alway have smile on his face, and talk to customers with professional matters.) even through I had some bad experiences today, he still doing his job as I always seen. Second, the time management on the service team is a huge issue, no matter estimate service time or waiting time for shuttle, was alway a lot longer. (I left a bad servey for the same issue before, but I have not seen any improvement. Lastly, when I came in to pick up my vehicle at evening, I found a long scratch on the hood, and I reported to the service member and Andika Citra. They were trying to tell me the mark was old and not scratched in here. But when I drop off my car here in the morning, Andika did the exterior inspection and filled out the paper work for me to sign and initial, which I accepted, signed and initialed with no damage on entire vehicle. For that, I refused to take my car home tonight and Andika said all he can do is talk to manage next day. So, I paid my balance and video recorded everything on my car, informed Andika that I should be back tomorrow noon durning my lunch break and left. I hope I can had all these issue solved next day. Andika Citra had good attitude when we found the scratch, but what I do not like was he trying to telling me that the scratch was old..... which I did not see it when I doing my car wash the day before. DO NOT TRYING TO BLAME ON THE CUSTOMERS, MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR JOB RIGHT.
