Can you add regular chairs instead of the high chairs in the showroom. It would be nice to mix it up. Don't replace all, but regular chairs put less strain on the back. Manny was an active listener and very polite.

Work done on my car was satisfactory. I had a complaint to make, wich is on the shuttle service . This is the second time. The first one I had to wait for more than an hour and this time was one hour and a half for the shuttle car to pick me up . I don't know if is the management's fault or the advisor's. You should credit the customers for the taxi that way if we need to pick the car faster we could do it instead of waiting too long. I'm thinking seriously to use other dealer for my car services. Hope you should fix this problem asap because I am thinking I'm not the only one that has to wait for the shuttle for more than one hour. Thanks. .

Kenneth explained to me what was the problem with my car. He also was able to explain to me the reason why Nelson Honda could not to start working, right away, fixing my car. He kept me informed about the progress with the car, and the reasons for the stems took more time than originally planned. He made arrangements to pick me up from my house and pick up my car.Ken informed me about parts that need to be changed.
