i paid for the B1 service, and after i drove my car home i found out that the"1" service was not delivered, which is the tire rotation. So i drove back to the dealership and Ming Peng had it fixed within 20 minutes. One of my tire has a red mark on it that is why i figured out the missing service. I might be wrong if there are some mechanic camera records to prove it.
