Car Pros Honda El Monte Auto Repair Service Center

Didn't do to well. Drop my car off at 7am for air bag recall which took 2 month to get an answer for. I didn't even get a curtesy call on why it was taking so long I had to call the dealer myself. If I didn't called about it I've would of never receive a call back. White that said took my car in for air bag re call and brake fluid flushing. They said it would take 3-4 hour and would call me on any updates. I was offer a curtesy ride but never receive one waiting in the sainting room and even ask when is the next shuttle. They said I was have to wait another 15min, I wa their for an hour still noting even ask again and they reply to me, I would have to wait. So I just called my brother in law to pick me up. 5-6 hour pass by didn't get 1 phone call how any update on my car and why it was taking this long. So I decide to call and ask what's the ETA on my car , got the run a around for 10min on the phone, until i finally spoke to someone, they told me their just wrapping it up and doing paper work and wash my car for me then it would be ready. I then got a phone 10min later that my car is ready. Once I got to to dealer I then again waited another 10 min for someone to help me people walking pass by not even greeting me and if I've been help. At this point just wanted to pay and get out. Once I was done paying I walk to my car, and guess what, they forgot to wash my car. I didn't say anything I just left. All in all I drop my car off at 7a and did t get it until 330pm which was suppose to be done at 12p. I've always had took my car to BUENA PARK HONDA for 4 years and never had problem until I came to NELSON HONDA I'm stuck coming here because I move out this way and this is closer to me. But I'm not going back anymore.
