Jesus Silva sold us a 2016 Honda civic 3 weeks ago. I called him last week because my mom noticed there were some small holes on the right side back passenger door along a rubber area. He told me to bring it in to service and to ask to speak to Andika. Andika was so nice to my mom, my sister, and I. He greeted us with a smile on his face. He was very kind and helpful. I am so happy that they are going to replace the rubber. I am extremely grateful to him. I also want to give credit to Jesus Silva. He was so nice to my mom, dad, sister, and I during the two days that we went to Nelson Honda. He didn't pressure us at all and he was very respectful and kind. He made us feel comfortable. My mom told me that he was the first person that approached her when she arrived at Nelson Honda and that he was very nice to her. I'm so happy that he helped us out in buying our new car. He is very well mannered and you don't run across people like him anymore. I am so glad that we went to Nelson Honda. We never felt pressured and everyone is very friendly and nice. Thank you Nelson Honda. You guys have excellent customer service. You really do please your customers. You're the best! Thank you.

While on my initial call with both Ken Okimoto and Andy Vuong both pulled up my Nelson service history (Since 2007). In referencing this history, they offered possible diagnosis for the current issue. Following the suggestion for a service call at my earliest convenience, an immediate appointment was booked for same day service plus a loaner car before my arrival.
A phone call followed the service confirming the issue and solution plus the the air bag replacement under warranty was completed too.

Took my 2013 Honda Civic Si to get the brake service done. Got assisted by one of the workers named Adrian, really cool dude. He checked the brakes and told me what's wrong with them and gave me a price. It was a really good decent price, exactly what I was looking for, I'm very satisfied. Thank you Honda!
