I brought new car in 2014 in the dealer , the sales representatives gave a coupon for oil exchange , it is no expectation day. Today, I took my car and used a coupon,one of employee at sevice department refused the compon. I have no idea why dealer gave a coupon and can't use by customer.

Once again, Manny is effective at getting you in and out with great service. Before I explain this statement; I'd like to say that I haven't had the best experience at this location. I've been leasing my vehicles with Honda over ten years now. And I've had the opportunity to have Manny take care of my appointments a few times, but besides that; the service reps never offer coupons and try to get me to buy additional unnecessary services. In addition, I usually have to wait over an hour to get a basic oil change. Manny is friendly, quick to check me in and gets the job done efficiently.

My service adviso,r Manny, was great. I didn't have an appointment, but he told me to bring it in anyways. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the next day at noon. Normally I would expect same day service, but they saw me without an spponment and it was after 1pm when I brought it in, so next day was fine. I'm very happy with the service I received and will use Nelson Honda in the future.
