You guy do not have the part (shock) for my car in stock. The mechanic that worked on my car left oil stain and dirty fingerprints all over the left front pillar (a).

I bought a new car with cash, but what you delivered is a one with some defects---my driver side sun visor fell down 1st time I touched it. Obviously it was broken before and your sales representitive placed it back as nothing happened, didn't fix it and inform his manager. the sales person who got commission from my case should take care of this issue, bacause you sold me a car with defect, it is not a new brand car with notrouble. He didn't help me any more, even told me the wrong closing time for service dept. let me come and waste my time.
2) service dept. the 2rd time I come to fix my sun visor, you let me wait 3 hours and did nothing, until I complained to Andy and then he went in and fixed my driver side sun visor in just 5 minutes. I also feel upset about the whole process.
It is hard for me to recommand your dealership to my friends and families, because if I tell them the experience I got, not nice.
I'd better keep silence. Overall is a painful experience.
