I'm so upset that even the good customer service by Ken is secondary-I was offered a car wash which I thought would be nice since they had not been offered for a while because of the drought. My car was dusty. As I was driving home I noticed my windows were very spotted and when I looked at the car better I couldn't believe what was done to my beautiful black accord-it was as if someone threw water on it and walked away! Was this a cruel joke! Needless to say I spent the next hour trying to get the spots out... I am so disappointed not sure what to think ????
