My dissatisfaction is towards the way Honda is handling the passenger airbag issue. I have been a Honda customer for 9 yrs and purchased 2 vehicles from Nelson Honda as well as performed all maintainenances and services at this dealership. I was not made aware my passenger airbag needed to be replaced and drove from July 21st - Aug 26th placing my family and others at risk. I received notification Aug 26 and took my vehicle in the following day. I had to change my work schedule to drop the car off and due to last minute notification was unable to further rearrange my schedule to accommodate returning the rental same day. My attempts with the dealership to extend the rental was firmly denied and the Corporate numbers provided referred me back to the dealership. It has been a frustrating and unpleasant situation to say the least as my expectations for Nelson and Honda have been lowered. I would greatly appreciate a resolution to this by way of reimbursement for the rental fees incurred and inconvenience caused. I currently have a case number filed with Honda Corporate that Ken Okimoto assisted me in placing. Feel free to contact me personally to discuss further. Thank you, Lydia P
