I asked for a car wash with my oil change, which they always do at the Duarte Honda, and they did not do it. I understand we are in a drought and not washing every car saves a lot of water, but I specifically asked if they could do if and they said yes, however, the wash was not done. Also, I was quoted 48 over the phone for an oil change but charged 58 something. It is not 10 of taxes. Lastly, they said it would be 45 minutes and I waited 1.5 hour

I was told my car was fixed. On my way home i had the same errors on my dash that i had going in. I will say they did accomodate me and picked me up which i appreciate. Being that i am in a lease i dont have the miles gas, or the time to go baack and forth.

When I called to make an appointment for service I specifically asked how much it would cost to look at the car I was told they couldn't give me an estimate until they saw the car. I said I know you have to see it to give me an estimate for repair but I want an estimate for just letting me know what is wrong with it. They told me it was free. I questioned that and asked them to confirm it was free and they said yes. When I got there I was charged $135 for looking at the car! I told them what I was told when I made the appointment and they said that the appointment cremated shouldn't have said that. I had switched from Goudy to Nelson Honda but now I think I'm going back to Goudy as they have always been honest. The only reason I left is because they are always so busy.
