I knew the issue with my car was sporadic so recorded when it did happen and showed it to the rep who was helping me. Then he six that he had to keep the credit until monday, my appointment was saturday, I told him I could leave it that long as tlit is my only mode of transportation. After 4 to 5 hours I get my car back and an invoice stating that they could not replicate the issue there fore nothing was done. I don't understand why I showed him a recording of the issue and still nothing gets fixed
