It cost me more than 500 hundred dollar just for simple service. There's aa almost 400 dollar labor fee applied but the service only last less than one and half hour which does not make any sense. The products listed on the reciept is over-charging. I know my car, a two door Honda Civic only need replace 4 unit of oil but there are 5 unit of oil on my list. It is just insane to charge 500 dollar for a service of a three years used 18,000 dollar car. I'm very not satisfied with the service you provided and I will never return to this place again. I will tell all my friends not to come. If this is a normal fee for service, I will seriously consider not keeping the car because this is too much for me. I have been doing service for my car at this place for three years and has never been treated like this. Please contact number ****-****-xxxx for follow up, if you still want to improve your service.

service was better for a follow up on spare car key issue. service seem to forget about calling customer when the car is done around 5pm when they are about the get off. relied on checking email instead of waiting for their call. could work on that issue.

Prices are to high and the last time that I was there I really needed a major service, which you could check what my mileage was at the time, and that would have been covered under my warranty but instead all that was done was an oil change and my warranty expired. That, coupled with the fact that there isn't offered any discounts for multiple types of services in a single visit, i.e. today I needed a oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin filter, rotation, rear brakes changed and a new a/c condenser all at once, there was no discount off of the price which well exceeded 1120 at least as an attempt to keep my business
