My dad took his van in for a warranty repair, for someone who doesn't speak English well he was able convey what repairs he needed and the repair rep was able to help him out with it. We're just waiting for the part to come in to complete the repair. Thank you!

I'll start with What I didn't like: Everyone in the service dept. were confused when I came to pick up my vehicle from recall and inspection and had trouble finding my file--no one knew anything about my case. Juan Montes had been the one helping me but his shift had already ended before I got there. This was around 4 pm. Next time, please make sure his customer's files get handed to someone else and make them accountable. Keep your customers updated please. Also, I'm still very concerned that the THREE of the five technical issues I reported experiencing with my car will keep happening. The technicians were not able to duplicate any of these three problems so none of those issues were resolved. One issue is my car would lock its brakes and not let me go anywhere--this happened to me TWICE already, making me late to my meetings. Another issue that really made me feel unsafe was that the main screen recently was stuck with the view from the back up camera. I was driving on a busy highway for work and the screen would not go away, making me worried and being a huge, unsafe distraction for me. PLEASE Honda, keep working on these issues and figure them out ASAP. Hopefully my car never experiences them again. If they come back, I expect something to be done to make your customer feel safe and satisfied with your products and service. I can't afford anymore personal and work time and even more so my safety for these issues. Thanks to Juan for doing what he could in his power to have these issues inspected at least, and for following up with me and making the rental car experience very smooth and efficient. Honda, just please make sure you take my issues seriously and keep working on them. Another thing is, please evaluate your service department: keep working on becoming the most organized, smart and efficient department you can be, for everyone's sake, especially your customers. Thank you guys, I hope to stay with you.
