I schedule my appointment for a reason 7:00am! I got there at 6:50am just want to make sure everything is without delay! then your representive was late 15min! domino effect when the car was done at 8:10am she was with customer until 8:30am! I had work at 8:00am I had my hours deducted because your representive and it's just oil change shouldn't take 1 hour 1/2 as I am the 1st guest!!

I took my car in for service, and as I was there I went to look at potential new cars. The salesman that approached me did not seem to want to make a deal. Automatically he talked us out of thinking we can make a deal because we have one year left on our lease. We were looking at the New Honda Pilot's and he told us there were no deals to help us with our situation.

Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, although the rattling noise is way less, it isn't completely gone. The driver's side of the car is perfect, but not the passenger's.
