I have taken my car here for a long time. They have always done such a great job. Over the past few months there have been changes that have made me less satisfied. I chose this dealer cause they are close to work. They used to drop me off at work and pick me up. This was amazing as it allowed me to drop it off on my way to work without troubling my coworkers for a ride back. The last two times I've had my car serviced they only drop me off, but no longer pick up even though I'm only 5 minutes away. Today when I dropped my car off, I was waiting for the excellent service I usually get. When I came to pick up my car. My car was not washed as it has been every time. The reason I have chose this dealer in the past is the excellent customer service but today they didn't go the extra mile that puts a smile on my face.

When I declined a service, I did not appreciate being approached with a discounted rate that had been previously discussed and declined. Other than this ( which may have been a misunderstanding). Everyone went out of their way to make sure my service experience satisfactory.

The service team is fantastic. They found out that the weather strip on the right door was loose and went ahead fixed it for me under warranty without any fuzz. That's way I have been coming here for service for years and purchased multiple Hondas here. By the way the oil change was quick.
