Andy Vuong in the service department installed a CD on our new 2016 Honda Pilot. He was very helpful and patient from the beginning to the end. I was dissatisfied with the customer service . I had an appointment for 7:00 am however no one was there until 7:15. Also I had free oil changes and for some reason the service and the service manager acted like he wasn't aware of program. He stated I needed a paper which I now have but when I called Diamond Valley where I leased car from they told me he should of been aware of program. He did give it to me for free and I just paid for tire rotation but it shouldn't have been such a problem. I scheduled my appointment early so I can get in and out before I started work but that was not the case. I hope my next experience will be a better one.
