This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this specific dealer (El Monte) and the first two times were bad experiences that I was nice enough to simply not write how I really felt about the service. However, I’m very pleased with Ryan. From the moment I got there he was very friendly and professional and greeted me with a smile. He kept me in the loop and I got a courtesy call and text from him when my car was ready. He explained everything so thoroughly.
