Well the excuse about not washing the vehicles have been going on for a while and I ask myself what's the difference between Nissan and Honda about saving water with the drought! NISSAN has courtesy vehicle washing ALL THE TIME???

My car is making a sound when I drive and when I back up. It's a repeated clacking sound. I took it in and they told me nothing was wrong and they didn't hear it. I left the lot and heard it again. Right away took it back and told the manager to come hear it with me and he agreed he hears it but "it's normal". I don't think my car should be making that sound at all. When I bought the car it was quiet when I drove it. Making turns was smooth. But now I just hear clacking sound. I am very disappointed that it couldn't be fixed and don't feel comfortable driving my car in that condition that I don't know what is wrong with it. So I'm taking it to another dealer on my next day off. I am not at all pleased to drive 45 min to not get help at all.
