I HATE dealing with the whole Service department. I had very few happy experiences there! Almost everyone in service ****!!!!! I had to wait a lil over two hours for JUST an oil change... Even tho I made an appointment early in the morning... Im not happy at all with this Dealership.

As a costumer, I felt that I was abused and discriminated by the employee's attitude. First, they gave me a feeling that they didn't care about my safety when I told them my car's problem which they can not find anything wrong. The fourth time I retured because of the same problem, one of the employee called it " normal". He just wanted me to leave, but people could got into terrible car accidents due to the problem! I really doubt if the employees are professional to help Honda costumers! Today I went to pick up my car. The female employee who helped me on previous day thought I couldn't speak much English, and she tried to let me take the responsiblities for her paper work mistakes. That's so ridicules! My family is loyal to Nelson Honda since I bought one Viechel in 2012, but the experiences to fix my car were horrible! I appreciate they finally fixed the problem in the car and changed two tires, but comparing to the insultment I got, It was nothing. This is my honest feedback, and I hope Nelson Honda will improve and get better in the future!

It was my first time taking my car to a dealership I was a little nervous at first to go by myself. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by some staff and then introduced to John . He was great!! He told me that my car would be done by 5 . I dropped off my Accord and went back to work . Within an hour (I left my car at 230) I got a call from John saying my car was ready ! I told him I didn't get off to 7 and that service would be closed by then but would leave my keys with the receptionist. When I went to pick up my car the receptionist had my keys and directed me where my car was located. They even washed my car ! (: John was awesome he made my first experience easy and convenient.

I'm super dissatisfied with the services I was provided with. Your service advisors are terrible and horrible at what they do. They are not only rude, disrespectful, and stubborn.
Basically, I went there with a problem and you guys sent me back with the same problem and a few comments like "oil pan" I guess because that's the only thing you guys talk about is money? well, you know what? **** OFF. don't bother trying to contact me. And i'll make sure to contact American Honda to let them know how you treated a customer that purchased the warranty.

When I dropped my Pilot off for service, I noticed someone looking under the hood. I asked why they were doing that if I was there to have a shock repaired. I was told that every car received a battery check to make sure the battery was working fine. I said, "ok". And didn't think about it again. The next day (Oct 27, 2015) I picked up my Pilot and drove directly to my son's high school to pick him up. I waited for a few minutes and when he opened the door to get in, I turned the key to start the car. It wouldn't start. I tried again. It wouldn't start. I called AAA. They came out and tested my battery and gave me the print out showing that my battery was indeed NOT IN GOOD SHAPE! They jump started my car and I drove it home. This morning I had to go purchase a new battery. When I put it on the counter at Auto Zone, the sales associate took one look at my battery and said "You need a new one huh? Look how bloated it is on the side." And he proceeded to show me how the sides were bulging. So...Nelson Honda...the purchasing of my Pilot was the easiest car purchase I've ever made!! It was a fantastic and easy experience. As far as having my car fixed, while under warranty...I'm a little disappointed because I now don't know that I can trust some, not all, of your technicians. Had I been told my battery was bad, I would have asked your department to install a new one and charge me. And you would have made more money. Instead, I had to purchase one myself and install it myself, this morning. And it caused me to have to cancel my morning appointment. That's a little frustrating.
