My experience itself was very pleasant. The technician that helped me was very polite and informative. The only reason I was upset is that my car was not washed when picked up. I was in a hurry when picking up my car to get my children and didn't realize till I was driving off that my car was not washed. Other than that everything went well. I also own a Toyota and every time I take my car in for service they always do a courtesy wash.
