I noticed few new scratches on the front passenger side bumper and passenger seat has torn a line, showed to Manuel, he said it was there before. I drove this car all the time, I knew every single scratch and ding on this car. Anyways, not good experience with this service.
P/S: They (Manuel and other service advisors) were laughing at me when I left. I knew my car was old (2004) not new car but when it comes to service, every car is the same. Hope this won’t happen to anyone, otherwise no matter how many time this dealer changed it named, noone will come here!
