I was highly overcharged with the brake fluid change service comparing with others when i did research after going home. In addition, upon my request of checking my battery level when I just pulled my car in, Manuel gave me a receipt from another car and told me that I need to change a new battery until I figure it out, then he asked a technician to check. And it turns out my car still has very good battery.
I think because I am a woman coming to your dealer by myself and I was taken advantage.
It's so sad that it's hard to trust people nowadays.

El monte Honda claimed during my a1 service , that they could not identify a noise that is still coming from my wheels. They could not adress the noise, after going on test drive with my service man* Gabriel we replicated the noise which then he told me it could be my brake rubbing against my wheel. It was a clear as day noise. During the service they did not rotate all my tires. They claimed one of my wheels was seized which was the wheel lock stud. They rotated only 3 of 4 tires excluding my rear left side wheel. (The seized lock stud). Went to a 3rd party tire shop where they showed me my wheel key for my locks was completely stripped of all dimensions. They stripped my wheel key for my locks* this was my first time using my locks (Brand new out of the box) They stripped my key which was then unable to remove the last wheel. My stud was not seized the tire shop had no problem removing my wheel lock after forcibly removing it because my key was ruined from the service men at honda. This was a terrible experience. Very unprofessional to say the least. I've been a loyal customer to el monte honda for about 8 years now this time around was very unprofessional and unsatisfying, I am very discouraged to take or even refer any of my friends and family from this point forward. Terrible service from the shop. They should really consider re training. This was my second time having issues with the service members rotating my tires a very simple task which they make very conpkaicting. First time around they let the torque drill fall on the face of two of my wheels damaging the face. My name is Alejandro C
