I came in for an oil change and a rear brake pad replacement that included rotor resurfacing. The resurfacing was not done. I was also charged the suv rate for the service when my coupon said 198. I didn’t know the odyssey was considered an suv. If you count it that as a big car, sure whatever I’ll pay it. But after inspecting it, the rotors were very evidently not touched. If I paid for it, I expect it to be done. Or else I could’ve had the brake pads replaced alone for much cheaper. Please let me know how you will resolve this. Thanks.
