Ryan was helpful, patient, and profesional. He answered all my concerns/ questions and helped inform me of service maintenance. I appreciate the information of maintenance to keep your car in the best shape to last long. I think if there was a focus of informing customers of the importance of maintenance and knowledge for basic car quality. Focusing on upselling does not appeal to the customer as much as informing the customer the times/ intervals of basic maintenance like fluid changes, filter changes, etc. A booklet of time intervals for maintenance would be great for a customer to read while waiting and perhaps even give a thought as to when to return.
