2019 HONDA ACCORD SPORT AT EL MONTE HONDA AND TOOK IT IN FOR ITS VERY FIRST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE POOR SERVICE, VERYPOOR COMMUNICATION, THEY GUYS HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SKILLS AND ARE IN NEED TO BE TRAINED HOW TO DO THEIR JOB BETTER AND LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. I COULD NOT SPEAK WITH A SERVICE ADVISOR, NOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE, ENDED UP SPEAKING WITH SCOTT LOVELESS AND HE LISTED TO WHAT I HAD AND TO SAY AND TRIED TO MAKE THE SITUATION BETTER, HE TRULY CARES ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS UNLIKE THE OTHER TEAM MEMBERS I HAD TO DEAL WITH. I HOPE SOMEONE VALUES THE INFORMATION THAT IS BEING PROVIDED TO YOU AND MAKE CHANGES.
