Very satisfied, I was approached as soon as I drove in. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed the first time I attempted to have my vechle checked due to the air conditioner not very cold. Well an asian man who was there today said I couldn't get it checked there to take my vehicle where I purchased it I said I was told it could be taken at any honda dealer.
I told him I had extended warranty..he called the a manager named Jim Smith
Well, the man spoke to extremely rude in front of all the customers hot in my face and said we told YOU NO take your vehicle where you bought it. I'd plan to buy another Honda but if when we pay out of pocket we're treated decently and when work has to be done that this department won't profit monetarily, then we're tread like trash yelling at a female customer to intimidate.
Very, very sad ????.
Always bought from toyota myself and family, never treated with such lack of respect.

Took my car because A/C did not work anymore. Car and parts are still under the 3 year warranty. They told me to take it back another day so they can fix it with the new parts they ordered. It’s been 2 days and they tell me the parts still aren’t here yet. Spoke to the parts department they told me it may be longer than a month to receive the part they ordered. It’s such an inconvenience. Also i was not informed they still hadn’t received the parts, i had to call before going to every appointment to make sure i wasn’t going to waste my gas and time.

The guy is very straightforward. I feel like if I could trust my car to him. Also I feel like if there is any problem he will do what he needs to to fix it. It is very hard to let your brand new car that cost you so much to trust it in anyone's hands but with Ryan's customer service it's a bit easier. I bought my car at another dealership and like them alot but as far as my service I very much trust el monte honda because of mr. Ryan.

While I was there, Manny was a great help and definitely worked with me. My only complaints is that I had waited for the shuttle for almost an hour and it never came so I just took an Uber home. I also had to call the service department myself to find out that my vehicle had been ready for pick up although it had already been almost the end of business hours.

Pink did great and Quitica, I am disappointed In the level of customer service I received. I called one week In advance and planned my Saturday around my Honda appointment to fix my defective airbag. I was called 10 minutes before my appointment notifying me that there wasn’t anymore airbags and I had to rescheduled and pretty much gave me no other option but to reschedule. When I called back and spoke to Quitica she spoke to the supervisor and had a part delivered to me.. my original appointment was at 10am and I ended up coming in for my part at 1pm and didn’t pick up my vehicle until 4:10pm and was helped by Manuel “Manny” which provided me with mediocre customer service. I was barely acknowledged at the service department and received exactly what I expected.. subpar customer service. I am not someone that complains often but this inconvenience and 2-3 hour process lasted 8 hours of my Labor Day weekend. I work im an HR manager and kept asking my self who screens and hires these people. If it’s based on their skill set Bc it obviously they weren’t hired for their customer service.
