I appreciate Juan and his team for letting me know of other repairs to that needs to be done to keep us my 87 year old mom and 89 year old dad and me safe while driving my Honda Fit . Kind of pricy and far off from my budget but he offered me a way to have the repairs done on monthly payment system. Thank you Juan ! My car is good for another 3 years . I just wish that Honda would have more coupons good coupons to make repairs more affordable affordable . I had a B 1 2 light and it came to be to 1,389$ WOW!!! Honda needs to appreciate us more. my daughter and I have been a Honda client for more than 8 years . Help us Honda with better prices!!! Thank you

The service was really bad, I had an appointment at 8:30 and didn't get my car back til after 3 pm. On top of that they didn't want to do the service in the first place when I paid for 6 services extra to do as I please with them. Sergio from the finance department had to come over and I had to wait for him for him to come and help me so that they could service my car and get some assistance. They barely even wanted to wash my car for me and I had to dry it after the wash because it was still. I was there for 7 hours for something to that couldve been taken care of a log time ago. the service was great and they fixed it the same day. there were 2 asian ladies that tried to sell me a new vehicle. that was one of the things i didnt like. one of them was very persistant. i had said no thank you and she continued to tell me to buy a new/ used car. didnt like that. the onther thing was the price. i got the tumbler fixed on my car. was a little expensive for a 2005 honda accord. other then that everything was ok. the honda agent that helped me yesterday was Gabriel. hes great. i would definatly go again to service my vehicle. thank you

Andy did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed. At first I was annoyed because nobody acknowledged me. I was completely delighted with Manuel Montoya! He greeted me when I first arrived. He listened to my concerns about my car. During the time it was being evaluated he kept me informed. He thoroughly explained what repairs were needed. While the car was being repaired he kept me informed as to length of time needed to repair. When I picked the car up he greeted me and was ready to answer any questions I might have. I appreciate his knowledge he has about my car and his attention to keeping me informed.
