It was easy to schedule with very little notice. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and informed him of my visit. He listened to what I said and what I needed and did not try to “teach” me about my car and suggested things I could add to my service but also make recommendations as to what was most urgent and when I would have to address other issues.
