Initially I had an appointment with Christian today. However, Gabriel, another service advisor, told me that Christian was on vacation. Unfortunately, I was not notified earlier about it. Hence another service advisor, Ryan Perez, took it over and arranged the service. Once the service was done and I made my payment, I noticed my car was not washed at all, not as promised when I made appointment online. I was somewhat disappointed with that. My other Honda car was washed when it got service previously here too. Why didn’t they give consistent good service?

I specifically asked to have my front bushing replaced due to safety concer s as my car vibrates when I reach speed of over 60 mph on the freeway. However my airbags were replaced due to a factory recall. I was not told that the air bags were being replaced instead of the bushings that I had originally went in to get serviced. I'm not be able to have my car sent back to the shop due to work and travel schedules. So for the next two weeks I have to deal with my car vibrating on the freeway as I travel to and from work. Stupid move by the service dept to choose what service they do on my car. I did not ask for the airbag replacement and was not I formed that the airbags were being replaced. Do I have to babysit the service department when I take my car in to make sure the proper service is done on my car? I expected higher standards from the Honda service department.
