Very special thanks to Jeff. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated how quickly he took care of me. I am a hospice nurse with St. Joesph Health and was out seeing patients, it was raining throughout the day and I was leaving my last patient’s home after 4:00 pm when my indicator light came on signaling my rear tire needed air. I pulled over and saw my tire was almost completely flat. I phoned the service department and Jeff told me to come right over.
When I arrived, Jeff came out right away and took care of everything including a rental vehicle until a new tire arrived the next day. I can not tell you what that meant to me after such a long day.
