I had to come 3 times to your service center for my car to be repaired. In the second time your rep told me the part is replaced and problem is fixed but after leaving your office the problem was still there. When I came back to your service center after a week your rep told me we didn’t replace the part cause we didn’t have time because you needed your car earlier. There was no reason to lie to me he could have told me that since you want your car earlier we were not able to change the part and even they didn’t call me to bring the car and waited until I figured out that the problem is still there and I had to come back again myself
