I had an 11:00 appmt and was told about 3 hours, so we agreed on ~3:00 (Zach). I called to check at 2:45 and was told 45 more min +/- (Ronnie). My husband had to meet with a customer, so couldn't get me out there til about 4:40... My keys and car had to be looked for (Gina) and was found dirty and with the oil notification light still on. So you had my car most of the day and we still had to wait for it til closing time and the wash was poorly done on the drivers side. Very disappointing day.
