Great job overall. I was surprised it took a full week to get my car back. I called on the fourth day to see if it was ready and I was told the battery was being charged and it should be ready later that day. That was a Friday and I finally got a call on Monday that it was ready. I was told your charger doesn’t work too well sometimes.

After abysmal customer service with Alderson BMW in Lubbock last summer, I knew I had to find another place to take my car for service. The team at Sewell has been top notch. This week my mother became unexpectedly and seriously ill. Because she has Alzheimer’s disease, I could not leave her alone at the hospital for safety and other reasons. The team was incredibly understanding that I could not return the loaner vehicle the next day as planned. When I made it back to Midland, my car was fully repaired and had been thoroughly cleaned! And the staff was great and also concerned about my situation, most especially Ronnie Guidry! Thank you Sewell! —Robin A
