I would have been completely satisfied were it not for the large greasy spot on my floormat when the car was returned. And honestly I can understand how that could happen and not be seen. I very much appreciate all the interactions with your staff. All very helpful and friendly. Particularly impressed with the delivery driver (Ronnie?) who does a great job representing you in a professional fashion.

The reason we bought the new BMW was to give your dealership a chance at our business. We are Porsche owners but the issues with simple oil change is getting out of hand with the trips to Dallas for service. So, we are trying out BMW to maybe change from Porsche
Time will tell and product line will have to prove to be as good as Porsche
It for now ...the Sewell service has been great
