The gentleman who put on the 5th wheel hitch rails did a fine job. Serviceman Alex took care of me as well as the other service agent (didn’t get his name). We have been totally happy with our experience from Buckeye Ford of London. I will continue to refer anyone I can to your facility. If Ty was the other service person, he did a great job and made me feel welcome and taken care of.

Great customer service. Answered all my questions. Checked on me while I was waiting on my vehicle. And went above and beyond and letting me borrow a phone charger because I didn’t have one in my phone was getting low. Great customer service and a great experience.

We had a scheduled appt Wednesday morning, got a text saying I hadn't been forgotten around 1130 same day. I received a call Thursday with the problems and cost. I texted 3 hours later stating to go ahead with fixes.i texted Monday asking for update on finish and was told Wednesday at earliest. Get a phone call Wednesday something else is broken which should have been found i believe when it was initially taken apart. I agreed to that fix as well. Mind you I have never had any engine work done so it must have been done when I got the car 100,000 miles ago and never seemed to have been a problem but it is now. I guess my frustrations all result in lack of communication.

I would love to talk to the manufacturer regarding the paint peeling on the 2012 Ford Fusions. There have been many complaints, but because they are not creating a safety problem it is not on a recall. Neither was the air conditioning problem with this year Fusion.
