The facility is dirty. A employee smoked a cigarette and the smell was all over my face. There was a dead cockroach on the ground and no one seemed to notice! No water or coffee while you wait?

I love my Crosstrek and am keeping it for a while yet. No one needs to call me about my satisfaction with today’s 60,000 mile service. It was done just fine, thank you. There is a separate unresolved issue with smoke or vapor discharge upon starting my car cold for the the past half year or so. I’ve scheduled an appointment to leave the car overnight to have it checked the following day. I checked off “unsatisfied”‘for this reason.
