We did a pre-service go around the car, but not a post. It would send a better message of mutual protection and concern for your clients if you also did a post-service inspection for dents and scratches as well.

This is the third time I brought the car in for this issue and its never been even addressed because its an intermittent problem. To expect the problem to act up infront of the dealership is just not going to happen. This problem is well over 5 years now. I just don't know what to say except my warranty expires soon and I have a vehicle that is destined to break.
