Got an oil change and the back brakes needed replacing. All done within the time frame offered by the Service Dept.

Tehani is definitely your star employee from the customer's standpoint. She is always very pleasant, attentive and looks you in the eye. I have had some treatment from other front desk/service ladies from both Kona and Hilo that were not very polite, actually quite rude- it doesn't take much to be kind-especially when that's your job, "customer service". Very happy you have her now. She's a delight.

The only improvement I would humbly add is provide an actual email address instead of Blank @ bigislandmotors.com. Perhaps have a group in box?
