Had my brother pick van up for me n he was not satisfied with service. He took pictures of my seats in my van n they had grease or something black on them. He put in a complaint along with pictures while it was still parked in garage.So with that said I was not satisfied.

That’s the second time Matt took care of me and he was excellent both times. He remembered me when I pulled in this morning. Worked wit me on a few questions. Very responsive. In fact, I noticed the maintenance light was still on when I got home. It was after hours and I texted the number that gave me all my info today and Matt got back to me, said they must have not reset it and told me he’d take care of it tomorrow. Very nice young man.
