Excellent customer service! I taken inside the service department at 6:53am without an appointment...that's 7 minutes before normal service hours! Marissa explained to me the safety measures that Toyota provides for it's customer. Without an appointment I was provided with a Lyft ride to and from home without any additional fees or charges. To amazement, the warning lights only reflected something minor to adjusted..Excellent customer service from start to finish! I'm back on the road enjoying my truck!! Marissa did a fabulous job organizing everything. She was attentive and answered all my questions. I’m very sorry I have to write this on her evaluation.
The service department needs some serious attention to detail!!! It seems that every time I come up there to have the car repaired, I end up going back later due to a lack of attention to detail!
1. When my car was returned this time, the hatch cover was not in place. Since I had never taken the cover off, I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how it went back on.
2. A cover on the lower right side of the hatch was removed and not replaced. I found the piece as I was moving things around in the hatch.
3. The backseat behind the drivers seat, was not in an upright position. So the contents of the hatch were exposed.
4. Also the mat in the back of the hatch was rolled up instead of laying flat on the floor.
I rarely complain about service work. However, it seems that almost every time I have work done lately, I have to return within a day because something was not completed.
As previously stated, I Believe Marissa did a fabulous job and I feel bad that I have to put this on her evaluation. However, I have not been given the opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with the service department and lack of attention to detail.
