I was fine with the customer service, but I was somewhat uncomfortable with the waiting area. It would have been nice to have wipes where we could wipe down the furniture if we were so inclined. Also would have been good to be informed of what precautions mechanics working on cars were taking. Were they wearing gloves while in my car. I did notice most staff had masks, but didn't see many gloves.

I brought my vehicle to your service because maintenance lights was on and need to oil change and check. When I was delivered my vehicle back, maintenance light and tire pressure sensor light was on! So I got processes unfinished vehicle!
Secondly, I am happy with my toyota which is 2006 model but she is getting older enough and I am looking for a change it with a new models. So, I took a walk inside the showroom and look some new models of my car while I was waiting my vehicle process. They were just staring at me when I was looking new model. Literally no-one asked me if I have any question! I know I didn’t have appointment but I am a business man and have limited time to visit car dealers. So, it was the great opportunity to learn something about but I guess I am going to buy another brand.

I was sitting in the waiting room. I received a text message what the vehicle need which was ok. No one came out to talk to me. So about a half hour late get a text vichle was done. No one came o me 5o let me know. I go to the service desk no paper work. So I waited another hour, still no one call me. I went to the service desk. The paper where there. I send over 3 hours waiting for work that was done in an hour. Was not happen
