There wasn't really anything wrong with the service performed on the vehicle but my issue was with my bill afterwards. I had originally scheduled to get my oil/filter changed and quoted me around $75. She came back afterwards and told me there was a safety concern with my brake pads and brake fluid. Since they were down almost to the metal, it was suggested that I get them changed. Not I would not have cared if it cost a little more but if there was going to be a big difference in price from my original service I assumed they would let me know before proceeding. When I went to pay, my bill jumped from $75 to over $500. I do not like to have unexpected bills like this, especially with the issues with work loss. I don't understand why you would not let the customer know that your bill will go up that much. This traps the consumer when they are not able to pay for their bill after the service is complete. I am from Pennsylvania and I have been to Toyota several times there and have never experienced this issue.

JD did not listen when I arrived and tried to explain my extended warranty covering the service visit. He was dismissive of me again at checkout. Only after I told him a third time that my visit was covered by my warranty, then he took the paper and made a phone call to verify.
JD was not practicing social distancing. We are nearly a month into the Coronavirus crisis, and he seemed completely unaware of his surroundings. He stood too close to the driver door before I got out of the car and as I was retrieving my warranty info out of the glovebox, he was entirely too close to me. I felt pinned and I had to ask him to back up. He seemed annoyed by my request.
Based on this visit, I will not return to Price Toyota. I will drive farther out of my way to another dealership for my next service. Please do not contact me further.
